Pay Scale: 

Rs. 9,300-34,800 (PB-2) + Rs.4, 600 (Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.21, 962/-).

Eligibility: 

Age: Not exceeding 30 years.

Educational: Degree in Law of a recognized University.

Experience: Two years' experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trade Marks and Geographical Indications.

Desirable: Master's Degree in Intellectual Property of a recognized University.

Duties: To examine the Trade Marks applications filed for registration of Trade Marks under the superintendence and direction of the Registrar as per the provisions of Trade Marks Act, 1999 and rules framed there under. Any other work assigned by the Controller General of Patents, Designs, Trade Marks & Geographical Indications.

Selection Procedure: 

Through Interview.
