Civil Assistant Surgeons in A.P. Insurance Medical Service  

Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Examination or any other equivalent examination. AND

Pass in any one of the following Certificate course Examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P. Hyderabad

(a) Office Automation

(b) PC Maintenance and Trouble Shooting

(c) Web designing

OR

Must hold a degree in Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or B.Sc., (Comp.) or B.Com (Comp.) or B.A. (Comp.) or B.Tech/B.E. with Computer Science or Information Technology equivalent examination of above, recognized by any university in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the UGC.

Selection Procedure: 

The selection of candidates will be made on written examination (conventional type). The final selection of these posts will be based on the written examination.

The minimum qualifying marks for selection are OCs 40%, BCs 35% SCs, STs 30%. The minimum qualifying marks are relaxed able in the case of SC/ST/BC.

Rs.100/- (Application Processing Fee), Rs.80/- (Examination Fee)

Additional Information: 

Centre for Written Examination:

  • The Written Examination will be held at the District Head Quarters/ Centres.
  • The candidates have to write the examination in the District only for which he/she has applied.
  • Candidates can apply a district post either Local or Non Local basis and shall take examination in that district only.
